I honestly don’t know where the markets are heading next. I cannot predict where and when the top and bottom shall take place. But I learnt it hard way, what I should do "stay" or "quit" when price is traveling beyond my reference levels.

Steep travel!

More than the loss, missed profit disturbs me always ! Booked out completely though system was clearly in long.

I don't know how many days it'll take for me to forget this.

hi assortz :)
yeah can see how this has led on on and on,
wow!

one small suggestion ...
in addition to regular parameters and technicals, on final condition may be added to extend the gains.
That is,
While in Long, keep the position on till higher high and higher low are made.

while is Short, keep the position on till lower low and lower high are made.

This will not hamper the regular position, but will come handy (when mind says exit), whether one should or whether one can hold a little longer.

The caveat is, this will work smart intraday,
but may be severely defeated on positionals by an opposite side to our position gap-up or gap-down by a huge value.

Hi Moh,

thanks for the suggestion.. obviously that was in my mind and when it broke the previous candle's low, i did exit..

since the volatility is huge, most of the times it breaks previous candle and yet move fast..

as we discussed earlier, only solution is to keep multiple lots and part book when mind says "get out" and keep the rest till it reverses..

thanks for the wishes :)

yeah, if such big candles get whipsawed it makes things tough ...
Unless a larger interval candle is brought in (if its range can contain the volatility range).

The multi lot is a cool idea, booking out packets as it gains.
